Job Description

the primary lead for North and South America, Europe and Oceania is responsible for developing and executing commercial deals and partnerships and partnership programs that drive user penetration and stimulate usage for the International portfolio. A trusted advisor that leverages on regional insights and understanding to deliver and extract value from global carrier partners to create the best portfolio and experience for customers here and abroad

Duties And Responsibilities

  • In-charge of the overall performance of the region, ensuring success and achievement of revenue, profit margins and collection targets, alongside market growth
  • Conducts business analysis to gain region-specific insights and intelligence that will guide


decision making and strategy creation

  • Collaborate and negotiate with global partners to achieve win-win commercial agreements, from the creation of pricing frameworks and policies to actual implementation and management of accounts
  • Strongly enable the Outbound team to deliver a competitive retail portfolio and an unmatched network experience by driving worldwide coverage for all services and securing commercial rates that increase profitability
  • Drive and orchestrate cross-functional teams within Globe and external stakeholders to deliver a robust portfolio and seamless experience for all subscribers—inbound and outbound
  • Find ways to evolve the inbound business to deliver value beyond rates and connectivity, positioning Globe as the telco of choice in the Philippines
  • Monitor market trends, competitor plays and industry benchmarks to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
  • Ensure supremacy of Globe in the international front, from an innovation (worldwide coverage for 5G, VoLTE, etc) and commercial standpoint
