Job Summary

  • Responsible for providing assistance to the Retail Banking Group (RBG) Group Head by assisting in monitoring of Segment
  • deadlines, coordinating with different Groups for the meetings schedules, handling of confidential
  • files/matters, prepares Oracle request for office supplies monthly and other matters.

How will you contribute?

  • Attends to incoming/outgoing filing of various correspondences, memos of the Group and other
  • Groups.
  • Attends to incoming/outgoing calls for the Group Head regarding appointments, conferences and other
  • meetings with RSB, Bankard and YGC Companies.
  • Regularly attends to the administrative requirements of the Group.
  • Regularly schedule and organize appointments and meetings of the Group Head.
  • Prepares monthly office supplies request of the Group thru Oracle.
  • Assist other Segment/Department for any concerns relating to the Group Head.
  • Assist Sales Segment regarding all CA approvals.
  • Ensures compliance with AML & or regulatory requirements of internal and external regulatory units.
  • Undergo and pass AML certification program including classroom training as may be required by
  • Compliance Office/Human Resourced Group.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Graduate of any 4 year business course
  • Basic experience in office administrative/administrative functions
  • Basic computer skills and basic verbal and
  • written communication skills. Honest and
  • competent.
