Group Leader - Maintenance

Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting functions that require considerable judgment and initiative. Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions. Assists in the design, construction, test, check-out, modification, fabrication, and assembly of components. Completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways. Understands the implications of work and recommends solutions to issues. Supports engineering activities.

About The Job

• Perform equipment set-up and troubleshooting
• Perform weekly accuracy checks on testers and perform repairs when out of tolerance
• Monitor recurring issues and identify equipment improvement points and take action
• Provide support to production in a routine shifting schedule or weekend support as needed by production
• Generate one-page reports on hard downtime and provide recommendations
• Monitor equipment utilization and overall OEE
• Supports engineering activities and other KPI improvement activities
• Ensure safety in work activities and machine operations
• Other duties as assigned by the superior
  
  
  
  

About You

• At least an Associate degree, a two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
• 7+ years of related experience in maintenance
• Solid understanding of technical processes and how machinery works
• Skilled in identifying and solving issues to improve machine performance
• Experience on ATE machine handlers like Gensem, Existech, and Cohu, and Testers like TESEC and POWERTECH are a plus factor.
• With Good analytical skills
• Willingness to adopt and learn new things
• Team Player and willing to work on shifting schedule
• Experience in electrical and electronic board repair
