Your Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

• Creates and designs visual content in a variety of formats for Digital and Print from start to finish: including ideation, image, video creation, editing, and production.
• Develops and maintains a consistent visual style aligned with CITY Furniture brand.
• Follows standards established to execute assets appropriately for each channel.
• Produces deliverables of the highest creative and production quality.
• Assists with team design needs, which include the creation of presentation templates for internal and external marketing and communications materials.
• Ideates visual concepts/themes and refine design work based on overall creative direction.
• Creates concept ideas holistically across multiple channels.
• Stays up to date with new industry and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning
• Actively collaborates with creative leadership to create best in class communications for marketing.
• Encourages positive solutions and be a contributor to the team culture, while inspiring the team to grow.
• Stays current with best practices and trends for a variety of channels.
• Exercises the utmost level of professionalism; they will use strong, clear, and concise communication skills and listen to understand, recognize, and solve problems with the team.
• Partners with the agency project supervisor and other teams to understand the incoming scope of deliverables.
• Promotes a culture of innovation and teamwork.
• Communicates design concepts clearly to non-designers and clients in a way that demonstrates an understanding of the project and how the design helps to achieve stated goals
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Two (2) to Four (4) years of experience designing, developing, and creating for a variety of marketing channels within retail industry
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic/Web Design or related design field preferred
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma or Sketch
• Invision
• Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Google Drive
