Social Media Graphic Designer
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: Part-time (20 hrs/wk)

The Company
Prolific Voices is a personal-brand content company led by Patrick Shea-Stamford, previously a Senior Creator Manager at LinkedIn, where he worked with leading UK business figures on audience growth and creator strategy. Today, Prolific Voices builds authority for founders and senior execs through bespoke content for LinkedIn and social.
Clients include teams and execs from major global brands such From Sport, Technology and Entertainment, with executive clients spanning leaders like Mary Bekhait (YMU), Alex Mahon (Channel 4), and Alison Lomax (YouTube).
The Role
We’re hiring a Social Media Graphic Designer to turn ideas and rough prompts into crisp, scroll-stopping visuals—infographics, carousels, quote cards, and image edits optimised for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
You’ll take a short brief (e.g., “10 ways to be a great public speaker”) and own the creative: concept, layout, typography, and delivery.
Minimal hand-holding. High taste level. Fast iteration.
What You’ll Do
- Design social-first assets: carousels, infographics, frameworks, quote cards, covers, and thumbnails
- Translate talking points into clear visual narratives with strong hierarchy and clean type
- Build and maintain reusable templates, icon sets, and style kits across multiple executive brands
- Source or edit imagery; apply consistent colour, texture, and light retouching
- Adapt sizes for LinkedIn, Instagram (feed/Reels covers), and TikTok covers; export platform-ready files
- Deliver at pace: multiple assets per week with same-day tweaks when needed
- Collaborate asynchronously—work from short written treatments and ship without back-and-forth
- Keep files impeccably organised; version control, naming, and hand-off notes
- Bring ideas: suggest formats, hooks, and visual angles that drive saves, shares, and comments
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years designing social graphics with a portfolio of carousels/infographics for professional audiences
- Sharp eye for typography, spacing, and layout; confident with grids and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator + Photoshop); Canva for speed where useful
- Ability to turn a text outline into a compelling visual story with minimal direction
- Excellent English (written and spoken) for on-graphic copy and precise feedback loops
- Proven speed and reliability; comfortable with weekly output targets and quick revisions
- Self-management and ownership; delivers from a brief/treatment without hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Motion skills for lightweight animations (After Effects/Lottie/CapCut)
- Experience designing for executives/founders or B2B/tech audiences on LinkedIn
- Basic copy-polish skills (tighten headlines, write alt text)
- Familiarity with Notion/Frame.io/Google Drive workflows and brand guideline creation
- Comfortable using AI tools (Firefly/Claude/ChatGPT/Midjourney) for ideation and variants
