A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs and video content to support marketing and sales activities. Your work will directly contribute to demand generation and enhancing the company's brand presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging sales and marketing design elements including:
    • Branding (concepts and designs)
    • Signage (events, booths, office)
    • Collateral (brochures, datasheets, eBooks, whitepapers)
    • Infographics
    • Advertisements (digital and print)
    • Email headers and graphics
    • Social media graphics
    • Video editing and event videos
    • PowerPoint presentations
    • Interactive and animated media
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and storyboard video projects aligned with company branding and messaging.
  • Edit and enhance raw footage into polished videos.
  • Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to create high-quality designs and videos.
  • Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to enhance design and video production processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide creative insights.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Accept and apply constructive feedback to meet desired outcomes.
What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing for a B2B company.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and motion design principles.
  • Ability to follow and incorporate brand guidelines into all design work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to accept feedback and revise designs to meet project goals.
