Job Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging content for digital campaigns, including graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production. This role ensures consistent branding across all projects and collaborates with the marketing team to deliver high-quality content for digital ads, social media, websites, and internal events.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics and assets for various digital platforms, including digital ads, social media posts, websites, email newsletters, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, develop, and execute creative design projects from ideation to completion.
• Video Editing: Utilize video editing skills to create and enhance promotional videos, product videos, and social media content, in addition to creating multimedia content for internal events.
• Multimedia Production: Capture high-quality photos and videos for internal events and create compelling visual content for marketing materials such as presentations, advertisements, and promotional videos.
• Team Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members to understand project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Relevant academic qualifications in design, multimedia, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Soft Skills: Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
