Position Overview
We're seeking a full-time Graphic Designer specialized in creating scroll-stopping, direct response ads for our eCommerce products. This is a remote position with stable, long-term growth potential as our brand expands.
Working Hours & Stability
- Full-time position (40 hours/week)
- Flexible working hours within your own time zone
- Long-term role with bi-weekly pay
- Consistent workflow - no project-based uncertainty
- Create high-converting static ads for Meta, Google, and display networks
- Design multiple ad variations for A/B testing
- Adapt existing top-performing concepts into fresh variations
- Ensure brand consistency across all ad creatives
- Work with clear KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with our media buying team to optimize based on ad performance
- 2+ years experience creating direct response ads for eCommerce brands
- Portfolio demonstrating high-converting ad creative
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Understanding of ad platform specifications and requirements
- Experience with photo manipulation and composition
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Ability to work with creative briefs and brand guidelines
- Direct response advertising principles
