Responsibilities

• Growing and nurturing the sellers in beauty industry via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication
• Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase their content production diligence and increase seller' earning potential.
• Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth
• Manage and control creator budget planning to ensure healthy return on investment for platform
• Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all seller-related stakeholders both internally and externally
• Support all seller-related operational tasks when required
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Final year or recent graduate from Bachelor Degree and above.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstration of project management skills in past projects
• A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in e-commerce or having a solid understanding of the industry landscape in SEA is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
