By joining us as a Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Emerson’s information security awareness campaigns in Emerson. You will develop training materials, organize events, and monitor security-related communications and activities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Implement, support, and improve Emerson’s information security awareness campaigns, including Mock Phishing Program, Security Spotlight Program, Phishing 101 training course, and Monitoring repeat offenders.
• Monitor the Enterprise Cybersecurity Mailbox for security-related inquiries and issues.
• Develop engaging and informative security awareness training materials.
• Create and present training and mock phishing reports to leadership.
• Manage the progress of assigned assessments, track outstanding items, and proactively communicate potential problems or delays.
• Create, develop, and analyze dashboards using Power BI through data storytelling.
• Develop applications using Power Apps and Power Automate and analyze possible issues that end-users might encounter.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related courses.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient in using multimedia creation software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Vyond, Photoshop, etc.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• IT-related training/certifications (i.e., COMPTIA Security+, etc.) are a plus.
