By joining us as a GRC Analyst, Risk and Governance, you will play a critical role in supporting the third-party risk assessment process at Emerson. You will be trained in the development, use, and upkeep of GRC and risk assessment tools.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Facilitate the collection of all relevant information from business users, vendors, and all related collaborators.
• Conduct third-party risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities to the company’s information systems.
• Manage the progress of assigned risk assessments, keep track of and follow up on the outstanding items, and proactively communicate potential problems/delays.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure identified risks are mitigated.
• Support the development of Cybersecurity policies, standards, baseline requirements, and controls and ensure that Emerson’s policies and standards are aligned with leading Cybersecurity frameworks.
• Support key cyber-related initiatives to help with the implementation of technical controls and address current cyber risks.

You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related courses.
• Fluency in English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• IT-related training/certifications (i.e., Splunk, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are a plus.
