Global Supplier Management Analyst

The purpose of this role is to provide support on critical supplier management to the region by coordinating activities within the assigned Division. This includes handling basic back-office functions related to Supplier Management to ensure smooth operations and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities:

• Be well-versed in all relevant policies, processes and procedures.
• Ensure policies and processes are followed and escalate where appropriate.
• Support the development and/or implementation of new policies, practices and procedures.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with stakeholders.
• Resolve escalated complaints in a timely fashion.
• Develop expertise on procurement reporting tools and systems being used across the business.
• Coordinate issue resolution for issues escalated to the Operations team.
• Create reports for business.
• Maintain awareness of services provided by supplier and key changes to those services.
• Coordinate the timely and accurate completion of the relevant FTE budget for the Division.

• Experience involving key supplier relationships.
• Coordinating matters across a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Procurement or contract management experience.

Qualifications:

Necessary Qualifications include:

• Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
