What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading People with Purpose : You’ll manage and inspire a team of 40+ administrative professionals. From hiring and onboarding to performance coaching and career development, you’ll be the leader who helps others thrive.
  • Driving Operational Excellence : You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless support for executive clients. You’ll collaborate with client teams and your assistants to improve efficiency, satisfaction, and service delivery.
  • Innovating and Influencing : You’ll develop creative support solutions, guide your team through change, and influence stakeholders across departments. Your insights will shape how we evolve our administrative services.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in a people management or leadership role, preferably overseeing large teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound, independent decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Concur
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with a flexible, intuitive, and collaborative mindset

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Experience managing executive administrative support functions or similar service delivery teams
  • Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and performance management frameworks
  • Background in global or regional operations within a matrixed organization
  • Exposure to change management or organizational transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
