Geodata Systems is looking for a GIS Operator who will contribute to the implementation of data service projects by performing the tasks assigned in accordance with the quality standards of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- College Level, Geography, Engineering, IT or Computer related course
- Graduate of 2-year course
- Clear eyesight
- Willingness and ability to report onsite in Bacolod City
- Create and edit spatial data (vectors) and attributes.
- Check quality and ensure that output datasets meet requirements and defined criteria for acceptance.
- Create metadata.
- Extract features from imageries.
- Convert GIS data from one format to another.
- Collect GPS from the field using GPS devices.
- Edit and update data from the field using mobile apps and devices.
- Design maps for printing, publishing and application consumptions.
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office 365
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
