Position: General Virtual Assistant

Number of hours: 10 hours/week

Schedule: UK Time

Tasks required:

  • Create, schedule, and publish content for company pages (website, social media, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support including inbox management, data entry, and internal coordination
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats (e.g., quotes, short posts, infographics, etc.)
  • Manage and update social media pages and website content regularly
  • Assist in creating visual content using tools like Canva
  • Monitor engagement and analytics across platforms to optimize performance
  • Coordinate social media campaigns and giveaways
  • Develop and manage the company newsletter (content planning, scheduling, and sending)
  • Research and implement ways to educate the audience about the surveying industry
  • Stay updated with social media trends and propose relevant strategies
  • Perform internet research, transcription, and other ad hoc administrative tasks


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Ability to write and edit content for diverse audiences
  • Eagerness to learn and understand the surveying industry
  • Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative mindset
