Key Responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence, prioritize messages, and respond on behalf of the team when necessary
- Schedule and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Perform internet research, data collection, and report preparation
- Maintain and organize digital files and records
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and form completion
- Support social media updates and light content creation (optional based on skillset)
- Coordinate with team members and vendors as required
- Track and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
- Assist in creating presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
- 2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
- Familiarity with task/project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote working environment
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or invoicing tools like QuickBooks or Xero
- Social media management experience (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
- 100% remote work
