About the role

New Personnel Builders and Consultancy Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Staff to join our team in Sangali, Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing general administrative support to the team, including tasks such as filing, data entry, and general office duties
  • Assisting with the coordination and organisation of various company events and activities
  • Ensuring the office is well-stocked and maintained, including ordering supplies as needed
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Contributing to the overall success of the team by taking on additional tasks as required

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in the use of general office software, such as Microsoft Office applications
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Previous experience in a similar general administrative or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
