Role Overview:
The General Manager of Operations will have a track record of sales performance, and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, driving delivery and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning:
o Work closely with the executive team to develop sales and execute long-term business plans.
o Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and process improvement within the operations department.
o Lead the implementation of new technologies and practices to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Financial Management:
o Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
o Monitor financial performance, identifying and addressing variances and opportunities for improvement.
o Work with the finance team to develop accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Customer Focus:
o Ensure that the company's products meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, delivery, and service.
o Develop strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to support business objectives.
o Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management and sales, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industries.
• Proven track record of leadership in managing large teams and complex operations.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
• Experience in the windows and doors industry is a strong plus
