GENERAL POSITION DEFINITION PLANNING

- Build a customer service–oriented culture.
- Ensure functionality of store equipment.
- Approve store expenses within authority limits.
- Oversee performance appraisals and training.
- Conduct daily floor walks and audits.
- Improve online fulfillment through stock availability.
- Manage Caltex operations.
- Analyze sales per department; action plans for growth.
- Control shrinkage, expiry, and disposal.
- Ensure proper merchandising and layout execution.
- Optimize store layout with leadership coordination.
- Manage displays across various store sections.
- Improve stock planning and display in fresh departments.
- Balance inventory and stock availability.
- Standardize storage procedures.
- Monitor key inventory performance metrics.
- Approve cycle count adjustments.
- Oversee Annual Physical Inventory Count.
- Supervise overall operations (kitchen, dining, counters).
- Evaluate KPIs and optimize performance.
- Control shrinkage and product disposal.
- Ensure safety, security, and member satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Federal Barbers and Capital Care to improve sales and service.
- Develop new channels for volume shoppers.
- Maximize equipment use to reduce energy without sacrificing comfort.
- Control key OPEX areas: salaries, electricity, and security.
- Manage diverse and multi-location operations.
- Lead newly formed teams and adapt fast to changing market conditions.
- Align with company vision amid evolving retail norms and consumer demographics.
- Oversee special projects and ensure smooth implementation.

- Direct Reports: Central/Doppio, Membership, E-commerce, Maintenance, Security, HR, Sales/Wholesale, IT, PR, Affiliates
- Works with: Buying, Supply Chain, Distribution, Accounting, Treasury, Audit, Compliance, Admin, HR
- Leadership: 10+ years as Area/Regional Manager or GM of large retail/mall; 500+ manpower
- Functional: Experience in new store openings; strong in MS Office, SAP/JDE, WMS; understands financials
- Experience: 15+ years in FMCG/Retail/Mall operations
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, IT, Engineering, or Marketing; master’s preferred
- Language: Proficient in written and spoken English
