What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Involve in monthly financial close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion in coordination with relevant finance team members.
• Prepare and post adjusting and reclassification journal entries based on reviewed schedules and supporting analyses.
• Prepare and maintain monthly general ledger schedules, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with responsible team members to resolve issues.
• Support tax-related matters by responding to queries from the Tax Team and assisting with monthly statutory VAT/GST filings.
• Assist in external audit processes, including preparation and documentation as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations.
• Provide support for system migration and business integration projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any of its equivalent
• Must have 3-5 years of professional experience for the same role in a multinational company
• Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Must be well versed in IFRS, tax regulations, and accounts payable cycle
• Must have a working knowledge in Workday or similar ERP system
• Must have excellent Microsoft office application skills, advanced knowledge in Excel a must
• Must have excellent problem solving, financial, and analytical skills
• Must have the ability to interact effectively with team members from various department and locations
