We are looking for a General Accounting Associate/Staff.
As a General Accounting Associate/Staff, we rely on you to:
- Handle all guests' billing issues and disputes
- Prepare account billing with required supporting documentation
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments and delayed payments
- Reconcile accounts and communicates with customers
- Has a passion for numbers
- Has good organisational skills
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Preferably has experience working in a finance department of a 5* luxury international hotel
- Is a critical thinker and a problem-solver
- Able to communicate with customers effectively and professionally
