Position: Staff Accountant

Data Entry and Analysis:
- Execute precise data entry and analysis procedures.
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of internal accounts, meticulously handling accounts payables, and ensuring accuracy in managing accounts receivables.
- Undertake comprehensive general accounting activities to ensure the smooth functioning of financial processes.
- Manage and maintain databases with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Execute bank reconciliations to guarantee the alignment of financial records and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
What You Need:
- Preferably 1+ year(s) of experience, with a focus on practical knowledge in accounting and SAP Business One
- Proficiency in SAP Business One and other accounting software
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Can work independently
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of cash & accrual accounting based methods
- Experience working on Financial Statements & associated reports to assist every month in preparation.
- Understands how to analyze General Ledger accounts
