Your Role:

As a General Accountant (AR And AP), You Will

• Maintain accurate records of supplier income agreements and trading terms contracts
• Monitor supplier income payments, reconcile invoices, and coordinate with finance for allocation
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to plan and implement cooperative promotional campaigns
• Ensure compliance with promotional rate card programs and report any variances to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate timely and accurate loading of monthly promotional case deals
• Act as liaison between the company and suppliers to maintain effective communication
• Ensure legal and company compliance in all contracts and maintain organized documentation
• Govern supplier income processes and regularly audit master trading term files for accuracy
• Prepare financial reports on supplier income, coop expenses, and ROI
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategies for optimization
• Meet end-of-month deadlines for supplier income reporting and analysis
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Prior invoice processing experience
• Working knowledge of financial ledgers
• Experience with accounts receivable and rebates
• Background in debt and financial collections
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Familiarity with MS Dynamics
• Financial analysis and reporting experience
• Exposure to supplier income governance and rebate compliance
• Experience with promotional marketing coordination
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
