EY’s Ecosystem Relationship Enablement (ERE) team manages the formation of all new Alliances and Ecosystem Relationships across all geogrpahies by working with various stakeholders from the Service Lines, Independence, Risk Management, Quality, GCO and other groups to ensure all required steps and approvals are taken. Job Summary:
EY’s Ecosystem Relationship Enablement (ERE) team manages the formation of all new Alliances and Ecosystem Relationships across all geogrpahies by working with various stakeholders from the Service Lines, Independence, Risk Management, Quality, GCO and other groups to ensure all required steps and approvals are taken. The GDS Ecosystem Formation Coordinator will be responsible for providing ongoing project management, administrative, and operational support for the global ERE formation function. The incumbent will:
- Co-develop and thereafter operationalize the support delivery model for the ERE formation function - which may include interaction with various EY stakeholders (Service Line leadership, Independence, Risk Management, Quality, GCO, etc) to provide project management, administrative, research, and operational support throughout the formation process
-  Support the current ecosystem formation process and identify opportunities to streamline the process and communications to promote scalability of the formation program to accomodate increasing volume of requests and a frictionless experience for business teams looking to form new relationships
- Provide program management support for end-to-end Ecosystem formation process; working with and across multiple onshore and GDS teams in the Ecosystem Service Bureau to faciliatate activity handoffs across teams
- Communicate with EY business teams to guide them through the necessary process steps and requirements to form a new Ecosystem Relationship
- Perform first level reviews of intake forms, business cases, and other documentation for completeness and accuracy; work with requesting business team to collect and validate additional information as needed; develop checklists of common issues and FAQs to help improve process
- Perform research (EY systems, Internet, etc) to pre-populate templates for business teams and/or validate information received from the business teams
- Follow-up on requests from business teams, the ERE team, and other stakeholders in a timely fashion, including responses to queries regarding the ecosystem formation process and next steps
- Schedule and attend meetings between ERE team and various stakeholders to stay up-to-date on the process and next steps for specific relationships
- Take meeting notes, summarize action items, owners, and due dates; succintly summarize and share critical next steps to advance the process; follow up with business team and other teams on other actions to ensure timely completion
- Draft email and other communications for ERE formation team; package/bundle all relevant documentation for meetings/communications
- Maintain Ecosystem Relationship Management System (ERMS - our system of record) and generate periodic status reporting on progress for each relationship in the formation process
- Keep documentation repository up to date and organized; archive information as appropriate; look for ways to enhance and streamline information sharing across stakeholder groups
- Drive adhearance to quality control procedures of the ecosystem formation process, tracking completion of required Risk Management steps and approvals through close collaboration with various onshore and GDS stakeholders
- Perform post-formation follow up activities such as drafting relationship summary for Discover, updating distribution lists, updating other documentation, and scheduling kickoff calls with the new Ecosystem Relationships
- Support efforts to ensure that the ecosystem formation process is documented, reviewed, and refreshed, on a regular basis
- Identify opportunities to educate global stakeholders on the ecosystem formation process to build awareness and promote adherence to the process
-  Bring innovative thoughts, take proactive steps for improving the existing process. Find better ways to perform existing tasks through continuous process innovation, take the initiative in identifying possible bottle-necks and take suitable measures to mitigate them
- Highly organized with program/project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to succinctly summarize issues/challenges to be resolved and communicate process requirements/expectations to stakeholders (primarily English speaking)
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies, timezones, and in a virtual capacity
- Knowledge of EY & GDS operations, incl. org structure, operating model, management information systems, etc (for internal candidates only)
- Ability to perform external research/due diligence with sharp attention to detail and first-time quality
- Ability to independently identify and resolve issues, come up with root cause evaluation and mitigation strategies thereby ensuring issues are not reccuring
- Knowledge of how to apply continuous process improvement
-  Ability to utilize MS Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, and other common business tools
Academics & Experience:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Science, Commerce
- Masters in Business Admniistration
-  10+ years, preferably operating in an individual contributor capacity, with senior onshore standholders
-  GDS Philippines - Manila
-  Should overlap with US time zones, preferably PST
