Job Description
Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end processes for assessing hiring needs, and fulfilling the requirements by hiring the right people, at the right time, at the right cost.

- Sourcing
- Creates a qualified candidate pool who have the competencies and attributes needed to contribute to business goals
- Sorts/segregate candidates according to job specification (i.e. paper screening)
- Conducts preliminary and in-depth interview for all levels/positions, including exit interviews
- Designs the appropriate test battery given the organization’s needs/standards; understands testing validation requirements and processes
- Identifies and applies other selection techniques (competency based interview, assessment centers, and other selection tools and criteria) that would be beneficial for the improvement of the screening/interviewing process, including the use of background or reference checking
- Utilizes effectively the recruitment database (career site, professional, social networking sites, etc.)
- Conducts training on interviewing, assessment skills, etc.
- Matches the organization requirements and the applicants expectation
- Anticipates and analyzes future skill requirements based on job market trend, labor supply and demand, and develop viable pool of talent well ahead of when they will be required
- Partners with HR Director and General Manager to influence line managers, teams, and employees to take “ownership” of the employment process and to raise its priority to the highest level
- Recruitment Analytics
- Monitors trends on the job market and analyzes the recruitment data available in the organization
- Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process, and implements changes
- Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies/vendors, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
- Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possible
- Analyzes the recruitment software, recommends, and implements changes to it
- Measures the performance of HR Recruiters and provides feedback to them
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Hiring
- Engages a talent and ensures proper on-boarding
- Conducts job offer with selected candidates
- Tracks the pre-employment documentations of all candidates and ensures that all the necessary routines, pre-boarding documents are accomplished based on agreed standards
- Support
- Monitors recruitment budget on a monthly basis
- Prepares TA - PRM and monitors payment to vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field; advanced degree preferred
- One (1) to five (5) years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- Fluent in English both written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of various sourcing channels such as but not limited to social media, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Monster, Targeted sourcing, etc.
- Technologically Savvy
- Keen attention to detail and highly organized
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Very good customer service skills
- Highly adaptable to changes
