The Role

As a Junior Business Intelligence and Reporting Support within the Global Benefits Management (GBM) team, you will be part of a dynamic group supporting the global and regional coordination of benefits for multinational clients. This role involves maintaining benefits databases and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of reporting tools and data models.

The ideal candidate possesses strong nalytical and quantitative abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. A background in financial data and experience with revenue-related information is preferred.

You will have the opportunity to:

Strengthen technical expertise in GBM financial reports and business intelligence methodologies

Develop data management, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination skills

Provide insights through data modeling and reporting for GBM clients

Contribute to continuous process and system enhancements

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update dashboards, reports, and data models for GBM clients.

Prepare shared revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to support analytics and decision-making.

Implement updates to dashboards and reports under senior team guidance.

Gather and translate data requirements from stakeholders into actionable tasks such as data extraction and dashboard modifications.

Conduct regular data quality checks and escalate any discrepancies as needed.

Support the rollout and testing of new platforms, systems, or BI tools.

Troubleshoot basic reporting and data issues, escalating complex cases appropriately.

Assist in updating claims dashboards and governance reports through data collection and visualization.

Monitor timelines to ensure all scheduled reports and dashboards are delivered on time.

Follow standard procedures for updating and storing sales and operational data.

Assist in preparing training materials and adoption guides for BI tools.

Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Management, or a related discipline.

At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics; experience

in employee benefits or insurance shared services is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (an additional language is a plus).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsparticularly Power BI, Excel, and Power Query with experience in creating data models and writing DAX measures.

Strong data storytelling and visualization skills for non-technical audiences.

Methodical, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

Familiarity with automation, data quality, and scalability best practices.

Basic financial knowledge and ability to interpret revenue-related data.

Strong client service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.

Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and quality outcomes.
