Functional Lead (Inbound,Outbound,Sortpack) - Sorting Center (For Pooling)

Job Description

• Develop and oversee schedules for Shift In Charge and team members, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and monitoring the completion of duties.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, including appraisals, coaching, and development plans to ensure team members meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Monitor daily attendance to ensure adequate staffing and address any attendance-related issues promptly.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment by supporting and encouraging team members to perform at their best.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all inbound, sort-pack, and outbound procedures. Proficiently utilize tools and equipment necessary for efficient operations.
• Ensure the accuracy of shipment and inventory transactions to maintain smooth operations and prevent discrepancies.
• Supervise and coordinate the unloading of inbound shipments, sorting of parcels, and timely dispatch of outbound shipments.
• Manage the orderly stacking and handling of products to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure that all parcels are processed accurately, in a timely manner, and free from damage, while upholding quality standards.
• Ensure that all team members wear appropriate protective gear and follow safety instructions at all times. Monitor adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Practice standards in daily operations to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably has 5-10 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
• Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
• Keen with details and has background in process improvement
• Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
• Amenable to be assigned in Plaridel, Bulacan
