Job Description
- Record financial transactions accurately in Ramp & NetSuite, maintaining up-to-date ledgers and journals.
- Review third-party vendor invoices, audit for accuracy and add invoices to Salesforce or our internal billing system to bill to clients.
- Reconcile bank statements, ensuring consistency between bank records and company financials.
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather financial information and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Prepare and issue invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, accounting standards, and changes in QuickBooks functionality.
- Year-end tax preparation of 1099 forms.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Located in South America
- Able to work at least 6 hours overlap with MST/PST
- International Outsourced $20k ($9-12/hour)
