Job Description

Full Stack Development & Integration Expert is responsible for building and integrating scalable full stack solutions aligned with B2B architecture. Develops reusable components, APIs, and automations to support seamless platform interoperability. Represents L2A in Globe and B2B-wide tech initiatives to drive platform modernization.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications, ensuring seamless integration across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
• Implement new platform capabilities from JIRA Atlassian and Salesforce releases, maximizing use of out-of-the-box (OOB) functionalities where possible.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals, ISG roadmap, and security standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery through development, testing, and deployment cycles.
• Develop and maintain reusable components, custom integrations, and automation scripts to improve platform interoperability and performance.
• Conduct peer reviews and validate developed functionality before promoting changes to production environments.
• Document system designs, configurations, and integration flows in line with process and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, providing L2 and L3 support for incidents and complex service requests.
• Manage user access configurations, license usage, and system inventory for supported platforms.
• Coordinate with ISG, Enablement, and Data Privacy teams to ensure compliance with governance policies and secure development practices.
• Research and recommend new technologies, frameworks, or tools to improve development processes and platform performance
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development and Platform Integration
• Experience in B2B environments preferred but not required
• Proficient in the following technologies and platforms:
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue preferred)
• Backend: Node.js, Java, PHP and REST APIs
• Platforms: Salesforce, JIRA
• Data Tools: Google Sheets / Excel, Looker Studio or similar data visualization tools
• Databases: BigQuery, Snowflake, or equivalent
• Cloud & DevOps: Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and deployment pipelines
• Integration: Familiarity with REST APIs, Webhooks, and system integration concepts
• Certifications in ITIL
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or Business Admin, Statistical Analysis, Actuarial Science is preferred but not required
