Salary: PHP 60,000–PHP 80,000

Summary

The Mid Full Stack Developer at GoTeam plays a pivotal role in enhancing our educational platform. This position is crucial for developing scalable and efficient web applications that provide seamless user experiences for students and educators. Your contributions will bridge the gap between front-end and back-end development, driving our mission to improve education through technology.

Key Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications across various educational platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on accessibility and performance.
• Develop and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance functionality and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Essential Skills (Tools/Tech):

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python, as well as database management systems like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience with version control systems, ideally Git.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, preferably within the education sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
