Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Application Developer with expertise in ASP.NET MVC to join our dynamic team in Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring scalable, high-performance web applications that align with our business and client needs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing across the entire software development lifecycle—from requirement gathering and coding to testing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using ASP.NET MVC.
- Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers to gather and refine requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and security.
- Support deployment activities and provide post-deployment maintenance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote agile development principles.
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC with hands-on development experience.
- Solid knowledge of C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database design.
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience deploying applications on Microsoft Azure App Services.
- Knowledge of Agile Program Management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Understanding of testing frameworks like NUnit or MSTest.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ASP.NET MVC development.
- Proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Based at our Cebu office in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
