Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Application Developer with expertise in ASP.NET MVC to join our dynamic team in Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring scalable, high-performance web applications that align with our business and client needs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing across the entire software development lifecycle—from requirement gathering and coding to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using ASP.NET MVC.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers to gather and refine requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and security.
• Support deployment activities and provide post-deployment maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote agile development principles.
  
  

Technical & Professional Skills: Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC with hands-on development experience.
• Solid knowledge of C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database design.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying applications on Microsoft Azure App Services.
• Knowledge of Agile Program Management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Understanding of testing frameworks like NUnit or MSTest.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ASP.NET MVC development.
• Proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
