The Fulfilment Associate is p rimarily responsible in assisting the team in providing full operational support related to post-approval and pre-booking activities to assigned Sales counterpart.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and prepares accounts for annotation, booking and post-booking compliance
- Inquires client records of housing loans as reference for accounts current status, to review credit advice / comments; encodes housing loans applications
- Collaborates with other departments to process and book the accounts
- Graduate of any four-year business course
- High sense of urgency and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent organizational, time management skills and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
