In charge of a systematic and organized gates opening / closing in coordination with Events/Show Production and VIP and guest relations.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
3 years’ experience in Operations, specifically for events
Job Responsibilities:
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGEMENT
• Overall Guest Experience/Impression Management
• Guest Entry System (Queuing/Security Set-up/ Event Personnel)
• Ticket Booth and Turnstile Operations (in coordination with SM Tickets)
• Gate Control Management (Main gates and Portal Door)
• Facility Maintenance and Sanitation • Frontline Management (Guest Liaison Personnel)
• Management of Premier Floor (3rd Floor) Concierge Management
• VIP Guest Experience/Impression Management
• VIP Guest Entry System (Queuing/Security Set-up/ Event Personnel)
