About the role


We are delighted to announce that we are inviting candidates for the role of Advisor – People Advisory to join our diverse team in Manila and to support our people strategy and operations across different regions.


The ideal candidate will partner with HRBPs and work closely with managers, our learning team, people services, and other global stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective human resources operations, including leadership development, employee and industrial relations, people reporting and analysis, and organizational design and restructuring.

What you will be doing


  • Conduct confidential investigations into policy breaches, workplace safety issues, performance concerns, and incidents, and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions in coordination with the local HRBPs.
  • Follow a clear process and respect the local laws and languages to resolve most concerns, e.g. issues related to performance, attendance, or procedures.
  • Analyze the banding framework and conduct internal relativity assessments, including salary recommendations during hiring or employee changes.
  • Monitor the status of Year End Performance Agreements and follow up with managers as needed. Provide support to HRBPs during calibration sessions.
  • Prepare talent reports and templates and provide support to HRBPs during calibration sessions.
  • Assist the HRBPs or Managers for Organisational Design and Restructuring.
  • Coordinate with managers and the learning team to finalize and consolidate the nominations for the leadership development program on behalf of the HRBPs.
  • Provide guidance on the interpretation of company policies and respond to inquiries on regulatory requirements based on existing documents (e.g. local laws, union agreements).
  • Provide data and information for negotiations, e.g. competitor analysis, agreement drafting, and communication writing.
  • Prepare MBR (Monthly Business Review) reports for the local HRBPs
  • Manage job codes and SOD chapters for organizational changes, work with People Services on the bulk upload template, and verify the letters before giving them to the leaders.
  • Coach leaders on salary and performance related review processes.
  • Implementing benefit programs, policies, and procedures. Managing and resolving benefits related issues together with the benefits admin team
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including project management support, ad hoc reporting, and other related tasks.


What you will bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • At least four years of HR business partner experience in global or multinational organizations.
  • Experience in supporting project management, including projects related to company benefits is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, especially Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience is ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Sprout etc.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures, such as Asia, AusPac, EMEA, North America, LATAM, etc.
  • Proficient in French (priority), Bahasa, or Mandarin – language proficiency required to support regional/global stakeholders.
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
