Hey there, fresh graduate! Ready to kickstart your career in recruitment? We're looking for an enthusiastic recent graduate to join our Dedicated Recruitment team as a Recruitment Associate. You'll be at the heart of connecting talented Virtual Assistants with amazing clients worldwide. This isn't just another BPO role - you'll be part of building the future of work in the virtual assistance space while developing skills that will set you up for success. No experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know about recruitment, interviewing, and matching the right people with the right opportunities.

- Candidate Screening & Evaluation
- Learn to screen potential candidates and review resumes like a pro
- Discover how to spot talent that perfectly matches job requirements
- Build your skills in candidate assessment and talent evaluation
- Interview Management & Coordination
- Schedule and conduct interviews with potential assistants (we'll train you!)
- Master the art of Mock Calls and Script Readings with candidates
- Develop confident communication and professional interviewing techniques
- Candidate Development & Coaching
- Guide applicants with constructive feedback to help them improve
- Coordinate follow-up sessions and re-recordings when needed
- Learn valuable coaching skills that will benefit your entire career.
- Quality Assurance & Endorsement
- Recommend qualified candidates to our VIP team
- Work towards weekly targets for candidate endorsements (with full support!)
- Understand how to maintain high standards while hitting your goals
- Process Support & Team Collaboration
- Get hands-on experience with the full recruitment process
- Work with different departments to understand client needs
- Gain exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition and HR
Required Experience
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any field (all majors welcome!)
- Great communication skills - whether from presentations, org work, or just being naturally good with people
- Tech-comfortable - you don't need to be an expert, but you should be excited to learn new tools like Pinpoint ATS, Magic AI, and HubSpot
- Curious about recruitment and HR - maybe you had HR subjects, did some volunteer work, or just find people and talent interesting
- Self-motivated but love working with a team - you can work independently while being open to guidance and feedback
- Google Workspace proficient - you've used Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive (student projects count!)
- Eager to learn - ready to pick up interviewing techniques and candidate assessment skills
- Remote work ready - you have a good internet connection, quiet workspace, and can collaborate effectively online
- Adaptable - excited about fast-paced environments and learning on the go
