Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance IT Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy and execution for our IT solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing sales processes, and driving revenue growth. This is a commission-based role with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives in the IT sector.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored IT solutions (software, hardware, or services) that meet their business goals.
  • Sales Negotiations: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress against targets, and forecasts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure the solutions offered are aligned with client needs and company capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role, preferably in a freelance capacity.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • A strong network of potential clients or partners in the IT industry is a plus.
