Responsibilities
- Write 2 to 4 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week per client (initially 1 to 2 internal clients)
- Collaborate through async notes, interviews, or audio snippets to distill ideas into impactful posts
- Capture the unique tone of each voice you're writing for
- Create content that ranges from storytelling and thought leadership to timely industry takes and behind-the-scenes insights
- Track performance and adjust style or formats based on results
- Stay updated on platform trends and best practices to maximize reach and engagement
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Experience writing LinkedIn content for founders, executives, or personal brands
- Ability to write in a range of tones, from casual and punchy to insightful and reflective
- A good grasp of B2B topics like leadership, marketing, tech, SaaS, sales, or business growth
- Organized, independent, and consistent with deadlines
