Fraud/AML Systems Enablement and Reporting Manager

Role Overview:

Responsible for ensuring that technology systems and platforms enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy. This role bridges product and business needs, focuses on system enhancements, and supports regulatory compliance for operational functionality across fraud prevention and AML systems.

Nature of Work:

• Systems Integration and Optimization:
• Lead the development and optimization of data systems to ensure high performance and usability.
• Oversee system configurations, upgrades, and enhancements for scalability and operational continuity.
• Risk Assessment of Systems:
• Conduct periodic reviews of systems to assess vulnerabilities, ensure KPIs are met, and recommend improvements.
• Identify risks that impact fraud detection and compliance initiatives.
• Health Checks for Data Accuracy:
• Perform regular health checks on data/systems to verify accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Address data quality issues promptly and ensure audit-readiness.
• Process Enhancement and User Enablement:
• Streamline workflows and enhance user experience by improving system functionality and automating manual processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with Product, Business Intelligence, and Fraud/AML teams to align systems capabilities with organizational goals and business growth.
• Facilitate regulatory compliance and support audit processes.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
• Address technical issues to ensure uninterrupted access to reporting and data systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fraud/AML systems or related data integration roles
• With operational experience in the areas of Data Mining, Profiling, Analysis, and Investigation
• Advanced knowledge of data engineering tools (SQL, Python, ETL frameworks)
• Preferably from the Financial Service, Banking, or technology industries
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
