A Fraud Specialist is responsible in developing quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues in the production of our products or services . You will ensure our final products meet our organization's standards across the board.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to fraud-related inquiries.
- Make decisions on accounts based on your analysis and review of the accounts.
- Identify , prevent, investigate, and resolve fraudulent activities and irregularities happening to customers’ accounts.
- Assist customers when requesting to place international calls.
- Assist with the unlocking of devices when required .
- Escalate new and emerging fraud trends to management and apply detection strategies to be implemented to counteract fraudulent activities.
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule.
- Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal.
- At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Advance computer knowledge
- Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer
- Strong and Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Earn as much as Php 23,80 0 basic salary + 2,200 non-taxable allowances + Quarterly Salary Increase*
- Hybrid or Work from Home ( performance-based arrangements are made after probationary period)
