Your Role:

As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis functions. You will partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial goals align with business objectives.

You Will

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Build and maintain financial models to support long-term business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses to management.
• Analyze financial trends, identify risks, and recommend actions to optimize performance.
• Partner with department heads to translate business initiatives into financial plans and insights.
• Provide data-driven analysis for board presentations and investor discussions.
• Lead and mentor financial analysts, driving process efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of FP&A systems and BI tools.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial role leading an FP&A team.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred; MBA, CMA, or CFA is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (PFRS/IFRS).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros).
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights to non-financial audiences.
• Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is an advantage.
