FP&A Analyst (Onsite)

The FP&A Analyst supports planning and decision-making by preparing reports, building financial models, and analyzing data for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare scheduled financial reports and ensure accuracy of data.
• Update and maintain forecasting tools and templates.
• Reconcile financial data between systems and flag discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing presentation decks for the CFO and senior management.
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects and business cases.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to QuickBooks Online and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Schedule: Night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH time), with possible shifting

Salary: Starts at PHP 50,000 or 15% higher than your current salary, whichever is greater

Extras: PHP 2,200 monthly allowance + 10% night differential
