Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for determining and implementing the most efficient, economical, and safe dispatch of flight in accordance with PCAR and company policies and standards.
• Maintain current flight watch of all aircraft movement and status; together with the PIC, the dispatcher is responsible for the operational control of each flight while on duty.
• Collect, disseminate, and files all arrival, departure, flight advisories, flight plan, and other messages associated with flights.
• Maintain reports and shift notes.
• Determine "go" or "no-go" flights.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year experience in the airline or aviation industry as a flight dispatcher
• Must have a bachelor's degree, preferably technical in nature.
• Must have a flight dispatcher license

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
