The Fleet & Procurement Administrative Assistant is responsible for updating and maintaining vendor and supplier portals, ensuring data accuracy and supporting the Fleet & Procurement Management teams. This role offers opportunities to learn all aspects of the Fleet Assistant Manager’s responsibilities, providing a pathway for growth. What Will You Do
- Data Management:
- Enter and update data in databases and vendor portals accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
- To track and measure driving performances and vender spending.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work with team members to resolve discrepancies or errors.
- Reduce delays and downtime and stay transparent with open communications.
- Standards Compliance:
- Adhere to established data entry procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Managerial Support:
- Act as a backup for Fleet Managers during travel or vacation periods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with data entry software and vendor portals is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in fleet or procurement roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Additional Qualifications (Plus):
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
