As the Fleet Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Fleet Card and Gasoline Consumption Monitoring: Overseeing the issuance
and usage of fleet cards and ensuring efficient fuel consumption.
2. Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Managing vehicle repairs and ensuring
regular maintenance schedules are met.
3. Renewal of Vehicle Registration: Ensuring all company vehicles comply with
legal registration requirements.
4. Department Training Plan: Designing and implementing training programs for
department staff.
5. Monthly Reporting: Preparing and submitting detailed reports on fleet
operations and expenses.
6. Processing NMIS Truck Permits: Handling all documentation and compliance
for the issuance of NMIS truck permits.
7. Vehicle Insurance: Managing vehicle insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
8. Incident and Accident Management: Responding to and resolving issues
related to vehicle incidents and accidents.
9. Motor Pool Oversight: Supervising the motor pool operations and ensuring
proper vehicle allocation.
10. Team Time and Motion Delivery Monitoring: Tracking and optimizing team
productivity and delivery efficiency.
