Position: Fleet Administrator

Location: 1880 Eastwood Avenue, Libis, Quezon City

Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Day shift

Your Role:

As a Fleet Administrator, You Will

  • Manage the trade-in process to support the business in increasing used car purchases with greater financial returns.
  • Handle disbursement of trade-in purchases via the accounts payable process.
  • Oversee stock control and management of traded vehicles.
  • Maintain and update trade-in reporting suites.
  • Liaise with finance companies for vehicle payouts and security releases.
  • Coordinate with dealers for transport logistics and inspection reports.
  • Arrange logistics for purchased vehicles through nominated suppliers.
  • Support the remarketing of vehicles via channels beyond auctions.
  • Maximize resale value by adhering to unfair wear and tear (UFW&T) guidelines.
  • Assist in initiatives to increase yield and profitability on purchased vehicles.
  • Provide necessary administrative and reporting support to the Remarketing team.

Performance Success Will Be Measured By

  • Timely and accurate processing of all fleet administration tasks.
  • Achieving internal KPIs related to trade-in volumes and reporting.
  • Effective stock management and reporting accuracy.

What You Need:

Must Have

  • Logistics or stock management experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong planning and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred but not essential

  • Experience in the fleet management or automotive industry
  • Experience processing high volumes of administrative tasks
