Fitness Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fitness Trainer to join the team at Anytime Fitness Philippines in Cebu IT Park or Consolacion, Cebu. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating members to achieve their health and fitness goals through personalised training programmes and group exercise classes. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and deliver tailored exercise programmes for individual members based on their fitness levels, goals and needs
• Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions to help members reach their fitness objectives
• Lead a variety of group exercise classes such as strength training, cardio, and yoga to cater to diverse member interests
• Provide expert advice and guidance on fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain detailed records of member progress and programme adjustments
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members by adhering to health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the wider fitness team to share best practices and contribute to the overall member experience

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a certified personal trainer or group fitness instructor, preferably in the health and fitness industry
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and the principles of health and wellness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively motivate and guide members
• Ability to develop and deliver creative, engaging, and results-driven fitness programmes
• Passion for health and fitness, and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals
• Relevant fitness certifications such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM
