Qualifications:

  • High School or Senior High School Graduate (with diploma/certificate)
  • At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours
  • Must be available to start immediately

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries, providing appropriate solutions within time limits
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
