Management Reporting
- Collate and update financial data for assigned SBU accounts.
- Analyze trial balances and coordinate corrections for unusual entries.
- Reconcile and validate consolidated reports across segments.
- Prepare and submit monthly management reports.
- Review variances between trial balances and management reports.
- Summarize significant transactions and support Finance Heads in analysis.
- Respond to queries and finalize reports with cross-functional inputs.
- Collaborate with internal teams for detailed reporting and analysis.
- Prepare schedules and notes for statutory financial statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for audit requirements.
- Address audit queries and ensure data accuracy.
- Lead resolution of audit findings and management letter items.
- Analyze and validate balance sheet accounts for accuracy.
- Drive process improvements for account management.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
- Monitor and propose adjustments for account clean-up.
- Manage common accounts and coordinate with relevant functions.
- Prepare and consolidate reports for leadership review.
- Lead complex reporting tasks as assigned.
- Respond to audit findings and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage documentation and reporting for interim and year-end audits.
- Monitor and report SLA performance.
- Recommend corrective actions for reporting issues.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Participate in team initiatives to improve reporting quality.
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in finance and accounting with at least three (3) years of solid experience in Financial Reporting.
- Willing to work a night shift schedule.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid working set-up)
