Supervisor / Asst. Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)


What does this job do in general?

This position is responsible for the overall management of the company’s financial planning and analysis function and overseeing the business partnering. This position works with BU and Functional leaders in evaluating the overall business performance. This role involves hands-on work in forecasting, pricing analysis, CAPEX and cost reviews. The FP&A Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing a team of Finance Analysts.

Manages a fair workload, volunteers for additional responsibilities, prioritizes, and organizes tasks, develops proper work procedures, manages time well, and handles information flow.


Professional Capability

Knowledgeable in IT/HR/Finance/Marketing/Sustainability fundamentals developed through a combination of practical experience and formal training. Demonstrates and applies this knowledge in the workplace.


  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience
  • 2 years in supervisory or leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting system.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements
