Opportunity Overview

We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Statutory Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. This role plays a vital part in managing fixed assets, overseeing intercompany accounting, and supporting financial reporting for foreign subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, retirements, transfers, and asset tracking
• Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to ensure accurate asset classification and movement tracking
• Manage intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations, eliminations, and transfer pricing compliance
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for foreign subsidiaries.
• Assist statutory financial audits and tax filings by preparing documentation, schedules, and reconciliations

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis and fixed asset accounting, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics-Navision)
• Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tools, including Excel for financial modeling and data analysis across large datasets.
• Detail-oriented and systematic, consistently driven by process excellence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities with accuracy
• Willingness to work during weekends and holidays when necessary to meet critical deadlines or support key initiatives.
